Practice Schedules:

Elite Squad - Coach Lana:

The elite squad trains 6 days a week according to a specific program worked in conjunction with coach Lana and the NMU HPC. All training takes place at the indoor courts on South Campus and at the HPC (High Performance Centre) on South Campus.

A Res and B League Teams - Coach Euleen:

Mondays and Thursdays at South Campus courts and Missionvale Campus Indoor Court, 18h00

C & D League Teams - Coach Charlene:

Tuesdays at South Campus Courts, 17h30 to 19h30

D League Teams - Coach Jack:

Tuesdays at South Campus Courts, 18h00
